[RESOLVED] PHP Not Reporting Errors

Whenever there is an error with my script it just shows a blank page. I checked the php.ini and it has:
error_reporting = E_ALL
And if I put
error_reporting(E_ALL);
in my script it still doesn't work... so what is the problem?
EDIT:: Nevermind lol, I got it to work; display_errors was off.
