INTRO
I'm the webmaster of www.oncourtassessment.com, and am looking for an individual with proven PHP MYSQL database and form experience as well as dynamically created PDF experience to make alterations to some aspects of the site. If this job is pulled off successfully, there is opportunity for additional PHP MYSQL work in the future with this company as there will be further development in the future.
FUNCTIONALITY DETAILS
Current Functionality.
Assessor enters details into a form then the system generates Log in details for the new Player. The Assessor can then print out the Players’ Log in details.
After a Player Logs in they can print their own dynamically generated PDF Certificate that draws information from the MYSQL database.
New Functionality Required.
Assessor can print out their Players’ dynamically generated PDF Certificate which also contains the Players’ Log in details. We also require the ability to add extra data to the bottom of each dynamically generated PDF certificate.
Current Functionality.
When an Assessor enters a new Assessment score for an existing player they must enter the players’ correct player profile number in an open field on a form. Some details are selected from the database and auto populates a new form on a new page.
New Functionality Required.
Change the Open Field where the assessor must enter an existing player's Player Profile Number to become a dropdown list of Player Names that they can select in order to generate a new assessment score. Obviously this is from all the assessors’ current players.
DEADLINE
There is a strict deadline to have this completed before or by: 12/8/2005.
