I have searched the internet for quite a while and can't come up with anything. The PEAR😃ate docs arn't very helpful but I figured out the Date class for the most part. But I want to create a web application that uses UTC timezones and I can't figure out how to use the TimeZone class. Can anyone help or point me to some site who has a tutorial for PEAR😃ate?
