mail function and Office XP

When I send email on Office 200 the HTML email is fine. However in Office XP, the HTML email is wrong, I can see HTML tags and this in the body
Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
.

Here is header:
$headers = "From:"."[e-mail]"."\r\n";
$headers .= "MIME-Version: 1.0\r\n";
$headers .= "Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\r\n";

What can cause the problem?
