Very Simple Subforum??

I know it's possible to get subforums with mods, but is there a very simple mod out there that does nothing but install a simple subforum? I keep finding mods that require several other mods to get a simple subform, but I just want a simple script that will install subforums. If you know of such a thing, please post a link. If it's not that simple, please guide me.

If you say 'subforum'
means you already have a main forum. As I get it.

Tell us what you have?
Are you starting from zero?
Or are you asking for an addon to a php forum software you already have running?

If so, what forum software is it?
phorum, miniBB, discuss, SMF, punBB
or something else ...

I wanted a quick and easy install in any webspace - only needs php - no database

Ready for php5, uses correct web standard HTML, CSS
Encoded/encrypted mailto: Email addresses
To avoid those coming to collect your email for spamming to it.

It is a fast script - a lot faster than this phpbuilder forum I can promise!

I'm using phpbb. I'm just looking for an addon or something I can easily install that does nothing but just a simple subforum. I just can't seem to find one. I've been searching google for the past hour trying to fid something. If you can help me out in any way, it's much appreciated.

Note: This forum is already set up.
