Problem with Cache

Hi, I can't seem to figure out what is happening here. Let me explain.

I am building a website at

Currently the homepage is set up using the cache PEAR package, but only for the bottom half.

Occasionally when you load the homepage it shows the up-cached portion and nothing else and I can;t figure out why.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
