sever path for installing a script

Although this isn't a php script, it's still the same path I think.

WHat you you change this /your/server/path/cgi-bin/ if the name of the site was

www.mysite.com
the cgi-bin is in www folder
cpanel username lynny
password ok

Thanks, I hope someone out there understands my question it's driving me nuts.

if its cpanel, most likely its /home/lynny/public_html/cgi-bin/
