BigBadKev is absolutely right it's a great IDE, and latest version of PHPEclipse really shines too.
My one big gripe with Eclipse used to be that it was pretty annoying to get up and running, and it still is to an extent. They have made things a hell of a lot easier now by providing a GUI interface for installing the plugins (this includes PHPEclipse and the QuantumDB plugin).
Like most IDE's Eclipse provides intellisense hints as per Visual Studio - although I have to say I don't use it much (maybe I'm missing out). Another really useful feature is in-page debugging. If you try to use an unitialised variable, it'll tell you. If you write a parser error, it'll let you know. It also has PHP 5 support, class diagrams, an in-built browser, unit testing support...the list goes on. It's truly amazing that this product is free.
