im having problems with my form using a php backend to mail the results
im not sure if its in my form or the php side of it.. can anyone take a look?

i am using the same backend for my contact script here http://53mp.com/eduardo/contact.php the only difference with the backend on this and the one above thats not working, is the other one has a lot more variables.. but i dont know if its even getting that far..
