if you know that you are going to need the contents of all 5 pages on every single page request then i'd say put it all in a single file thereby elminating the overhead of having to [man]include[/man] each one separately. if you only conditionally need certain parts of the code then keep them separate and [man]include[/man] each one only as needed.
the difference, however, is probably negligible.
