Issues with require_once

here is my error

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'c:****\SMS\txtmessageClass.php' (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in c:****\SMS\mobile.php on line 2

I know I have all the code right. I'm not really sure what this means or why this error is happening.

I had the incorrect path to the class file.
