Cvs - Php Tools

Hi,

I am searching for a tool developed in php to montior the CVS repository.

Once I visited the site that speaks about the tool developed in php that provides complete report about the CVS Repository such as

How many Users are there in the repositoy.
Who are active among them.
What are the code that get changed in last few hours.
File History View for a repository so and so.

Unfortunately, I forget to bookmark the link and last it.

I beleive the PHP gurus here can help me to find the tool.

Does any one heard about that (or) Known any similar tool?
