$_GET / $_POST form fields!

I have want to find a way that i can have a page which the form submits to which i can use for any form, and what it does is loops through the submitted forms, and then e-mails the details of the form to the administrator.....

I just need help with the loop and getting it out so that this can be used in any form i choose
