Page Access by IP?

Would anyone mind pointing me in the right direction here? I'm trying to limit page access by IP, a personal "Admin" page. However, I'm on a dynamic service, so it would needed to be masked (00.00..).

Logical/Doable? Any suggestions would be great. 🙂

You want to do this at the web server level, otherwise you might as well not bother.
