I don't any really, only the occasional free cell phone offer. After I wrote to two companies, which I don't remember who now but one might have been Direct Marketing Association, the junk mail has drastically been reduced (to almost nothing).

In case you don't know, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) allows you to call 1-888-382-1222 to register all the home and cell phone numbers you have so telemarketers can't call you (if you've been listed on the Do Not Call Registry for at least 31 days). Press 1 for English, then press 1 again to register.
You can also register your numbers through their web site found at:
https://www.donotcall.gov
The FTC Consumer Q & A page:
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/alerts/dncalrt.htm
You're numbers are registered within a few hours and can be verified by pressing option 2 from their toll-free number, or from their web site at:
https://www.donotcall.gov/confirm/Conf.aspx
Your phone number registrations stay in the Do Not Call Registry for five years from the time you register. You can be removed from the registry in case you change your mind.
I don't know about you but I sure don't want telemarketers calling me on my cell phone!
There is also a thing to stop sales calls in the UK, check out BT Privacy, it's free and it "Helps block unwanted sales calls with the FREE Telephone Preference Service ".
