Flash reading PHP arrays?

I am using this to read images from three directories. The PHP works fine in creating the arrays but I can only get Flash to read whatever is in the first array, after that it says "undefined". Any ideas? Thanks.

Flash cannot read PHP arrays.

Huh. That's wierd. It works fine for one but not all of them at the same time.

That's because it's not a PHP array. You're outputting content to the screen, from which Flash then reads. Although it may have the same data as a PHP array, it is not a PHP array.

Well you got me. I have no clue. I am more of a Flash guy than a PHP guy. Do you have any idea how I can solve the problem?

Shouldn't there be something to mark the end of one list and the start of the next? Or does the Flash program have some other way of recognising the end of a list? Right now it's receiving something of the form

pImgList=foo,bar,baz,mImgList=wibble,womble,sImgList=blarg,blag,flup,

Where foo, bar, etc., are filenames.
What should it be receiving?

Weedpacket's advice is right, although I think using actionscript you can use functions similar to explode() to separate strings by a certain delimter, which is probably what VestanPance is trying to do.

Unless I've got the wrong idea here...
