Form Processing Mailing and Storing

Hi, I have a form on my website, when submitted it is emailed to me, I want to know how to make it email to me and create its own text or html file on my web space with the information that is being sent to me. My current script is

the error i am getting is

Cannot open file (test.rtf)

if anyone knows how to fix this or anything, it will be great

Try checking with [man]is_writable/man, and then, if you've not already, learn a bit about permissions, perhaps Google is your friend there... 😉
