Phpmyadmin White screen

Hi there,
I'm currently trying to get phpmyadmin working with my install, but all i get is a white screen, no errors no information whatsoever.

my setup is:
Fedora Core 4
Apache 2
PHP 5
MySql

The install is working so far ( i can connet to the Db wth a mysql_connect() ) , but phpMyadmin just won't do or show anything.

Has anyone else expwerienced this?

I have made some changes to the php.ini file as suggested elsewhere, but no joy.

any info appreciated...

I havent, you may want to turn your error_reporting to E_ALL, if still a blank screen check your error_logs

I've got E_ALL set and display errors = on, but it's not displaying anything... no error messages at all, can't seem to find the log file. I even set the logs to be written to a specific file, no content there either.

If this was happening to someone else it would be funny 🙂

found the problem blush

There was a typo in the config.inc.php file.
I found this by using the browser to parse the file for errors.

picked one up and found the error and removed the ofending charatcer.
