Variable e-mail address

Hello, im stuck on one PHP task at the moment, I wish to be able for my users to fill out a form that e-mails to different users depending on the name of the person on a drop down menu, so if they want to e-mail brian, they would choose his name on the list then the value of the name would be his e-mail

so for instance the drop down menu is

Blow - [e-mail]
Suck - [e-mail]
Nelson - [e-mail]

so I want the form to e-mail to whome ever person is selected via my php form, can anyone help me please ?

What code do you currently have, this isnt a hard thing just using the $_POST['form-element-name'] chaning the form-element-name to the drop down name when using [man]mail[/man]
