href in PHP

Hi all,

Simple I think. If I have a url in my database and then display that url as output,
how do I make it so the user can click on it to bring the web page up.

This is what I have at the moment:

 <td><span class="bodytextsmall"><?php echo $row_airport_filter['web']; ?></span></td>
