I've got a group of songs that I'll need feedback on at any given time. I'd estimate that a total of 20 songs will need reports from site visitors at any given moment.
Users will sign in creating a session with a variable carried throughout filling the "given" information such as name - affiliations and such <-- this part I'm not concerned with.
I've got a table with the song details:

This is simply to serve as an output of what songs are being tracked at any given time.

Ultimately I want the user to visit a page and have a list of all surveys that they need to fill out with corresponding forms for them to submit surveys.
BASICALLY: I want to ( SELECT ALL VALUES OF SURVEY WHERE SURVEY TITLE DOESN'T EXIST WITH YOUR_NAME = VARIABLE IN RESULTS TABLE)
I've done lots of research over the past few days but am still coming up empty no matter what conditional etc... If someone could point me in the right direction I would very much appreciate it.
