[RESOLVED] Almost one full day attempting to get phpmyadmin to work...

After many errors and reading many articles about phpmyadmin, I am have run into an error that I cannot find a single soul has run into. I am recieving this error when trying to create tables within my db.

tbl_create.php: Missing parameter: db (FAQ 2.8)
tbl_create.php: Missing parameter: table (FAQ 2.8)

I pretty much get the same errors saying missing parameter when I try to make any changes within phpmyadmin? Any ideas?

I have answered my own question for anybody that searches for this topic. It seems to be a problem with IE6 and SP2. I stumbled upon some people with the same problem. There seem to be 2 corrections available right now.

Use a different browser such as FireFox (the method I chose)
In IE, Choose Internet Options - Advanced

Scroll down to the Security Heading

Check the option labeled: Allow active content to run in files on my computer.

Close and restart IE6.

(Option 2 did not work for me).

You'll see errors associated like:
tbl_create.php: Missing parameter: db
tbl_create.php: Missing parameter: table

I've had no trouble in running phpmyadmin with IE 6 SP2.
