Memory Error

Hello,

I am using php5 on IIS server and after setting the site when i browse the site i get the below given memory error.

php-cgi.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x1004eacf" referenced memory at "0x0000000e". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program

Click on CANCEL to debug the program

can anybody help me out to solve this

Last time I saw this I had faulty RAM. The time before that it turned out the motherboard was overheating.
