can some one make me a code for a rating system of one throw ten that says rate next to the drop down box i read the tutorial but i dont understand it

I think it's kind of against the rules or even some unwritten law to ask people to code for you.

However, it's not against the unwritten law to say here is my script, what is wrong with it, or which direction do I go next?

The reason is people that code for people, often are being paid for it. If people were doing it for free, it would actually put people out of the job!
