Templates for image management system...

hi everyone as you gather im new 😉
Im looking to update my site to a php based system which will allow users to edit, delete/add profiles, pictures etc and was wondering if there were any templates available to use as guidelines, it would work in a similar basis to faceparty facepic etc etc.
any help would be appreciated
