failed to open stream: Permission denied

Does anyone know if php coding can trigger the following message? (memberVO.php is an include file which contains some db classes and db connection info). I've been changing the files in this directory quite a bit, but the warning seems to be random. As per advice on a google search, changed the chmod to 777 for this directory. Doesn't seem to help.

Yes. PhP can generate this error.

Does the file exist? Make sure the capital letter isn't pssng the system of.

Not sure what the function main() does so cannot help you much further then this: Chak the paths and names.

The files exist the correct directories and the caps match.

I'm not sure where function main() comes in. Line 10 is actually an include.

include("membersVO.php");

This is happening sporatically with several files. They'll be working for a while and then stop.
