User management scripts

Hi all,

I am looking for a set of scripts that will help in the following area.

Allow users to register and give them access to data files that are assign to there id registration number.

Allow regisered user to add, edit and delete data from ther assign data files.

Anyone know the best place. I could sit and write the scripts butI need to be able to get a working model.

hotscripts and google will do the job, learn them well and use them often

registered since 2002, would have thought by now you could at least write your own.
