Php + Ad + Ldap + Radius + Ias

Hi people!
Im a new user from Brazil n i need help!

I need create a authentication script to connect on active directory on LDAP. But to arrive on LDAP, I have authenticate in the RADIUS with IAS.
I find the PEAR Class, but I dont know use it.

Someone have a example?
