Database Recovery!!!

Hi all,

I accidently updated all records in database to 0 using a query from php page.

Using MySQL & PHPMyAdmin.

Is there any way I can set the database back a few hrs or retrieve the lost data?

Very urgent.

With out a Backup I doubt there is away. Perhaps you can learn from this and backup your database and other important data and files.
