An anti filter for passing through filters

Hi everyone
We are living in Iran. Our communication organization has been filtered our internet access to most of websites, includes political, sex, etc.
i don't give a damn about any of them, expect one of them, http://www.orkut.com. You can see, it is just a community, and thereisn't anything wrong with it. I don't know why them filter it.
OK, I can by pass their filters simply by PHProxy . BUt it doesn't work for Orkut. Maybe because Orkut uses SSL for it's login page, or maybe Orkut needs to set cookies. But recently I've found another website, http://orkut.hopto.org/. It can login to Orkut. Can you tell me how do they implement this job?
Any help would be appreciated by all of Iranians!

It appears to simply be a DNS redirection, although I've not followed through by clicking around much. Note that www.hopto.org actually redirects to no-ip.com ... a noted Dynamic DNS "Leader" to quote them....
