I am setting up a new server and am having sever grief getting Mcrypt to work.
I have installed the same version of PHP as was running on my other Windows 2003 server and used the same php_mcrypt.dll and libmcrypt.dll files.
Everytime I load a PHP page I get an error that says...
"Unknown(); Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\PHP\extensions\php_mcrypt.dll' - Access is denied."
I've tried recopying the DLLs in hopes that perhaps it got corrupted copying it over but nothing I do seems to fix this.
Extensions are working otherwise as GD2 is running fine. The problem is limited to Mcrypt. Please help!
