Please help!

I have a commercial web application. I face a situation that i want my client using my web application just can create a limited number of account. The problem is: my client can easily change that number by modify the source of php page. How can i avoid that ?

If I understand you correctly, then encode your source files so client can't change them. See my post here:

So long as you distribute source code, you can't stop someone from editing it.

It is possible, however, to distribute encoded PHP applications, and these allow you to put in date limitiations, numeric restrictions, or whatever you like. I haven't done this myself, but you might want to take a look at:
