Alphabet Search

Guys, im stumped..

I have a very simple site im trying to set up.. sorta for my own use.
I have db with info and I have a search bar that works. However, I have 1 item I cant figure out.

I want to list # A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z

with each item clickable. Like if you click the A, only entrys in the table that start with A will be shown.

Please help

ok, got all but # working.. using like '$l%' i can call $l any of the letters. However, I am stumped on the #'s

You can use REGEXP in place of LIKE to look for records beginning with any given number. The manual has examples.

Your pattern should be similiar to the pattern in the following SQL fragment...

..WHERE REGEXP ‘^[0-9]*’
