sending form data using email function

I am develpoing my own website and cannot seem to get the form working properly. When I try to submit my form I get an error message on the screen saying: Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/users/uks49022/html/panasia-industries.com/Purchase.php3 on line 55
I am trying to submit the form to an email address. Here is the code I have for lines 54 to 63.

PRINT "Muscle loss $Muscle loss, Decreased energy $Decreased energy";
PRINT "Decreased Muscle strength $Muscle strength, Decreased stamina $Decreased stamina";
PRINT "Progressive osteoposis, decreasing bone mass or stooped posture $Stooped posture";
PRINT "Increasing fat deposits around abdoman and thighs $Increasing fat deposits";
PRINT "I am proceeding to order $Order";
PRINT "I understand and agree with the terms and conditions of using this site as well as agreeing to the patient responsibility statement $agreement";

What am I doing wrong?

Why are you using print? I don't understand what you're doing.
Why don't you have a variable like $message and say

$message .= "Muscle loss $Muscle loss, Decreased energy $Decreased energy";
$message .= "Decreased Muscle strength $Muscle strength, Decreased stamina $Decreased stamina";
.
.
.

... Then pass $message to your mail function.

I have been following some instructions that I got from university about two years ago, so I didn't know that I could do it this way. I will give this a try and let you know how it went.
