Looking for good RSS script

Hey guys. Can someone post some good code for an RSS parsing script?

I'm looking for one that will display the links like this:

9/5 Title of Article - Source: Source of Article

I'm also looking for one that you can simply change a value to limit the number of articles it returns, along with being able to change from "true" to "false" for whether or not you wish to see a description.

I've tried some of the ones you can download for free, I just can't get them to output the way I want.
