I need to modify the code

Hello there. Well I am really new with PHP and I have been trying to learn little by little but I think I got stock on the code.

This is what I have

if ($name <> "" and $ymail <> "" and $timetocall<> "" and $message <> "" ) {
mail("$email", "$subject", "From: $name\nMail: $ymail\nTime to call:\n\n$timetocall\n\nPhone:$phone\nMessage:\n\n$message");
$msg = "Your message has been sent, and we will be in touch with you shortly. Thank you for your input. ";
} else {
$msg = "All fields are required! Please push the back button to fill out what you missed";
}
?>
<p><?php echo $msg; ?></p>

I need to change the $msg for a header but it wont work. The reason? don't know but I hope you guys can help me out. I would like to redirect this form to a thank you page after is submitted. Check out my site and you will see what I'm talking about .

have you tried replacing the line
$msg = "Your message has been sent, and we will be in touch with you shortly. Thank you for your input. ";
with something like
header("Location: yourthankyou.html");

yes I did. but still does not work. Do you have any idea what is going on?

this is what the error that I'm getting:

you have some code in your config.php file that is sending output to the browser. no html, whitespaces or any php output can be sent to the browser prior to calling the [man]header/man function.

well, for starters, it seems you are including your config.php file inside itself. not sure what the results of this action are, but it cant be good.
