Selecting cells in table.

Hi,

I'm making a table with 52 cells for every week of the year and i want to retrieve from a db weeks that are occupied (rented) i don't know how to change the color of the cell if that week is occupied the only thing i can remember is making a SQL query voor every week but i think that will create a huge load for the server.

Is there a beter way to do this?
search in a array or somethng like that?

Layout weeks database

id, week, name, adress, and so on
1 4 Jhon street
2 3 joe street 2
3 18 justin street 3

You can make a simple SQL query to get all the weeks in one query, and then use in_array() or any number of other functions to search through the array. You can read about all of these functions in the documentation at php.net, searching for array in the search bar.

It does not work it selects only the first row not the rest.
After that i used a

$num_rows = mysql_num_rows($result);
for($i=0; $i < $num_rows; $i++)
{
}

On it but PHP did not like it with only three rows inside it will not load. It hangs in a loop.

after that in_array sees 12 as 1 and 2 he colored it both in. but i only want 12
