PHP mail not sending...

Hi there everyone,

I am still new to PHP with a few months beneith my belt.

I have included a email seller form on my classifieds website but it only works if the email address is on my domain www.eziads.co.za (disabled the link for no).

If the seller has any other email address other than one of my own it does not get received by the user. The odd one does however get delivered though.

I have tried somany thing and modified my headers on numberous occasions but no joy.

PLEASE guys..i would appreciate any kind of help here.

assuming you're on some unix-based os, can you post the lines from your mail log for a failed email attempt. the mail log should be some where in /var/log and be called either mail or mailog, depending on the distro.

also, can you post the following entries from your php.ini

SMTP
smtp_port
sendmail_from
sendmail_path

hello php developer from south africa.

i think i am having the same problem? my isp tells me everything is cool but it really isnt. they test it on their domain which seems fine but when i test it i never get it?! :mad:

and this is a newsletter so i really cant only sent mails in their domains, how did you solve your problem?
