php MSAccess database connectivity

I have linux server running php and one PC running win98 and MS Access database. I want to connect to MSAccess database and fetch records. Can any one help me to connect to MSAccess database running on PC on remote location.

Pl. note that I have gone thruogh several helps but unable to understand the matter.
