help with php class

Ok. i dont know where to start with this. Im new to php class.

I am making a IRC Bouncer web control panel for a company called probnc and i need some starters of how to use php class to connect to the IRC Bouncer partyline and then how to execute the commands like /adduser /password etc. I have no idea where to start, but im willing to learn from this. This will be a big help for me.
