checkboxes

hiya, i have a problem, I have a form with 10 checkboxes, im trying to get it that when say a visiters selects 4 of the 10 boxes, i then recieve what he or she selected by using the mail function. I have tried but when I look at the mail it comes up with array. any ideas. thanks a lot.

That's because it's an array. You need to look inside the array at its elements to see what's inside it.
