Ok I finally got a chance to develop some software for my school. I'm working at the front disk checking on the printers which are networked. Last year we could just type in there printer's IP and an information page would pop up with all the info. But now the printers are configured in a way where theres a main queue and you go to a print station to release your print job and a printer is selected. Is it possible to to make a program with PHP checking each individual printers values, such as how much ink is left and paper. Stuff like that. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
