Grocery List script

Hi, my name is Helen, and I have a request for all you php gurus out there. I searched through phpbuilder (briefly), and the board, and have not yet found what I am looking for. I hope someone can help me here.

I'm looking for a php script that would allow me to basically make a grocery list on a website. Something that would go into an iframe and look like this:

Today's Shopping List:
[ ] Cheese
[ ] Milk
[ ] Lettuce

And then when you (a sign-in'd member) checks off an item, the php automatically takes it off and the iframe refreshes. For example, if I check beside "Milk"... then the list would automatically refresh and look like this:

Today's Shopping List:
[ ] Cheese
[ ] Lettuce

Milk disappeared. Am I being clear? Heh. Please help. I'm willing to pay someone to write the script for me. Thanks.

I think this is more like a wedding gift list than a grocery list.
Auntie Mable selects the 'toaster' checkbox, clicks submit and the item is removed from the list.
The items are stored in a database and the page only displays items which aren't marked as taken.
Sounds fairly straightforward... wouldn't a freebie shopping cart do the biz?

Oh.. just use the shopping cart without the "pay now" option? Hmm.. interesting idea.. I'll have to have a look see... Do you know of one in mind at the top of your head?

the only cart I've played with is the Zen shopping cart - humongous bloatware (or as programmers like to say: 'fully featured').
Maybe a trawl through google will turn up something?
