Session getting destroyed in IE

Hi guys,
I m facing a wierd problem. I m using $SESSION to store the values. And its all working fine in Mozilla. But when i submit the same form in IE the session is gettin destroyed. The value in the $COOKIE['PHPSESSID'] is getting flushed. I m not able to figure out whats the problem.
Can anyone help me? And is there any way to recover the destroyed session?

Make sure your IE settings accepts cookies. Also, third party software such as Norton Internet Security or Personal Firewall, McAfee Personal Firewall Plus, GhostSurf Pro, and ZoneAlarm may block cookies from being created.

It's best if we see relevant code snippets, php.ini session related settings, and tell us what version of PHP are you using and platform (Unix/Linux or Windows).
