CMS Plan

Hi all,

I'm beginning to plan on building a CMS system using PHP/MySQL that non techie people should be able to use easily.

The user should be able to edit current content and have the ability to create new pages from a standard template.

Any ideas or suggestions on how I could begin developing this?
