variable number of fields

Hi,

Looking for a solution to this. I have a form, where a user can submit information about a team he's in. The team can consist of 1 to 6 members. What I'd like is that the user can first select how many members are in his team, so that the appropriate amount of fields to input team member information is displayed. Say a user registers his team of 4 people. He would first enter his own information, team name, select '4' from either a drop-down list or a set of radio buttons, and then 4 sets of fields would be displayed for him to fill out.

Oh yeah, If at all possible, I would like to do this on one single page, with only one submit button. Anyone can help me out here ?

Well, you can do this with a bit of good ol' JavaScript. Won't give you the entire code, but maybe something where it rewrites the HTML for the last bit of the form based on the drop-down/radio button that is selected. If they select 4, it writes 4 boxes in at the bottom, etc. Just an idea.
