Hello I have a question about a pre-made script for a newsletter.
Right now all it asks for is a persons email address and that’s it
I tried to add Name & Phone to the form and to the database and in the php to have it add it to the database for admin purposes, but I can’t see to figure it out.
Attached is a file with the changes I have made, I hope you can help me out.
