Hey I'm building a band directory where people can also submit there bands gig.
Now... i want to include a feature that does the following:
A user can choose to be notified of gigs within a chosen radius from where they live.. They'll enter there town/city or postcode (aka Zipcode in US), whichever is easier... and if a gig is submitted say within a 5 mile radius of where this person lives, they'll get sent an email.
I've racked my brains out but i cant think of a way to get the distance between two cities/towns..
Would anybody be able to help me on this please?
It would be greatly appreciated.
