Multiple Check Boxes

On my form I have approximately 15 check boxes. At the moment the only way I can get SQL to store this info is by having one field per check box and entering a 1 or 0 where relevent, but obviously this is making my DB unweildy.

Is there a way to do this fucntion for all of the checkboxes using one field?

are you using mySQL? if so check out the SET Type.
