I get these CSV files to import but as they come from a different operation system some non-latin letters are coming as odd chars and I need to convert these chars to the right non-latin letters.
The raw CSV come with these three chars that need to be replaced with the right char: [ ] \
The big problem is with the " \ " which fgetcsv handle as a backslash and can't import the file and therefore not replace the chars.
For now I have overcome this by first open the file, replace chars, close file and then open again with fgetcsv. But there must be a better way to do this with fgetcsv directly?
